Hello! I am Barry, founder of The Clover Club.

When I was a kid, my mother was famous for her dinner parties, and the level of enjoyment and hospitality at these events have stuck in my mind because I have very rarely seen it since. It is my mission to bring true hospitality and exceptional service to your dinner parties, events and businesses.

The Clover Club is a group of hospitality professionals that create bespoke bartending solutions and deliver them at your home, event or business. We craft unforgettable experiences for your guests at your private events and parties, and develop solutions to level up your pub, bar or restaurant through our corporate consultancy and training services.


In late 2022, Barry Mays formed 'The Clover Club', a unique blend of passion for sharing knowledge, creating memorable customer experiences and six years of honing his craft everywhere from consulting for small craft bars in, serving royalty on Park Lane to training staff at a new launch in Soho. Despite his youth, Barry's work for a number of clients as a consultant has impressed; implementing training schemes, cocktail programmes and stock management systems for well established businesses. His concepts have been featured in the Mayfarer magazine.


Following a number of years as a maths tutor, Barry implements a pragmatic and interactive approach to his tasting sessions and consultancy, based on theory and knowledge gained from his degree in Professional Culinary Management and the years of varied experience under his belt.
